Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to White Timer, a mobile application operated by BOGE. It explains how information is handled when you use the application. Registration and user accounts are not required.

Information Collection
White Timer does not collect, log, or store personal information during normal use. BOGE does not create user profiles from your timer sessions or maintain a server-side registry of your conversations. Ordinary internet connectivity may involve transient technical routing information handled by network infrastructure, but BOGE does not retain it for tracking or profiling.

Session & Local Data
Timer sessions, durations, history, preferences, or similar records that the application stores locally remain on your device. BOGE does not receive or store these ordinary application records on its servers.

Location & Third Parties
White Timer does not collect precise real-time location information. Because BOGE does not collect personal application information during normal use, it does not sell or share such data with third parties. Your app-distribution platform may independently process information under its own terms.

Data Retention
BOGE does not retain personal user data generated through normal use of White Timer on its servers. Accordingly, there is no server-side retention period for ordinary White Timer session data. Locally stored application records remain on your device only while they remain in the application's local storage.

Data Deletion
Because White Timer does not require a BOGE account and BOGE does not keep ordinary application data on its servers, there is normally no server-side account or session data to delete. You can remove locally stored records using available in-app deletion controls, by clearing White Timer's application storage in your device settings, or by uninstalling the application. If you voluntarily send personal information to BOGE by email, you may request deletion by contacting [email protected].

Children
White Timer is not intended for children under 13, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. BOGE does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through normal application use.

Security
Since BOGE does not collect personal application data during normal use, exposure through BOGE systems is minimized. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. BOGE uses reasonable safeguards for information that may be voluntarily provided through direct communications.

Changes
BOGE may update this Privacy Policy when the application or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published with its effective date. Effective date: 15 September 2026.
